Cravings
When you’re used to having a vape in your hand, it can feel weird when it’s not there anymore. At first it might feel super hard not to grab a vape but hang in there. Keeping your hands busy will help distract you from your cravings. Try:
- exploring a new hobby, like drawing or painting
- playing video games with your friends
- munching on some healthy snacks.
Trouble sleeping (insomnia)
Having a good sleep routine can help if you’re having trouble sleeping. Try things like:
- putting your phone away an hour before bed
- having a warm bath or shower
- going to bed at the same time every day.
