You can track your progress using the My Quitbuddy app. It’ll give you tips and advice to help you quit for good.
You can download MyQuitBuddy on Apple if you’re over 13 or Android if you’re over 17.
Friends and family
Support from family and friends is really important when you’re trying to quit.
Talking to people you trust is a great first step. It might feel awkward to bring it up, but chatting with your friends, parents or family about your decision to quit can really help. They can also call Quitline for tips on how to support you best.
Got a friend who wants to quit too? Team up! Many people who vape actually want to quit. While everyone’s journey is different, having a buddy makes it easier. You can encourage each other, celebrate milestones, and keep each other accountable. It can also be handy to have someone to text or call when cravings hit for some extra support.
